304 / 304L Stainless Steel
Type 304 Stainless Steel is the most common grade of stainless steel, most likely due to its high level of corrosion resistance and resistance to oxidation at a continuous exposure to 1650° F. It is best to full anneal type 304 Stainless Steel quickly after fabrication for relief of stress caused by forming.
